Hi, I’m Dr. Kassie.

I’m a wife, mom of four, Doctor of Occupational Therapy, and pelvic floor therapist who has been doing this work for 10+ years and has helped over 4,000 women understand their bodies in a way they were never taught.

And I am absolutely not the therapist who is going to tell you to “just do more Kegels” and send you back into the wild like that was groundbreaking medical advice.

I got into this work because I lived pelvic floor dysfunction long before I ever had babies. I know what it feels like to be confused by your body, frustrated by vague advice, and wondering why nobody is explaining what is actually going on.

That is why I teach differently.

Your pelvic floor is not a light switch you just turn on and off with a squeeze.
