To Cancel Your Subscription:

  1. Log into your account at kassiedewitt.com/library

  2. Click your profile icon (top right)

  3. Select Billing or Account Settings

  4. Find your active subscription

  5. Click Cancel

  6. You may see a tag that says "Pending Subscription". Don't worry, this just means you still have access through the end of your current billing period but there will be no future charges.

 

To Switch to Monthly or Annual Billing:

 

Just email us at [email protected] with:

✔️ The email you used to sign up

✔️ What plan you’d like to switch to (Monthly = $67/mo, Quarterly = $177, Annual = $333)

✔️ The date you'd like it to take effect

We’ll manually update your plan and confirm once it’s done.
